substandard cleaningmissing amenities
The daily room cleaning was substandard. They often missed items such as shower gel and towels. I found myself asking for missing amenities at the front desk daily, it was a DAILY routine. One evening, a bag left outside our door disappeared. The cleaning staff took it with no explanation. THERE were no apologies. Bar and restaurant staff looked undertrained too.

The hotel provided complimentary transport to the port. Bathroom amenities included beach bags, slippers, thick robes and toiletries. Pools are very nice. I stayed on the upper levels near the beach area with sunbeds. The waves were too strong for swimming.

The staff is helpful. Marios was very helpful. He was available when needed. The resort staff is professional, very kind and friendly. They always provided answers at reception.
